I think everyone is very quick to email when something has gone wrong and make complaints but they are not as quick to email to say thank you and praise people so I wanted to take a couple of minutes to send my thanks.
I wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team and call out Gay for how she helped me with a couple of tech issues I initially had when logging in. She answered my emails instantly and resolved the problem with my login which really helped me with the work I am currently doing.
I have used competent advisor for my own studies in the past (CeMAP and DipFA) and cannot speak highly enough of the site and how it helped me breakdown the learning and regularly test my understanding. We are in the process of designing some consolidation courses to help future mortgage consultants towards their CeMAP qualification and will be advocating the competent adviser site to all that attend to support their learning.
